Ramiro AI Enterprise Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ramiro AI Enterprise — where AI and expert strategy meet to elevate your film’s impact. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the terms and conditions below, created to support clarity, transparency, and a collaborative relationship.
1. Scope of Application / Conclusion of the Contract
These Terms and Conditions apply to all commercial transactions with Ramiro AI and Rosa Camero.
They override any conflicting client terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This contract becomes binding when you check the payment box and we receive your first payment.
2. Purchase Price
VAT applies where required by Danish law.
Your fee remains the same throughout the term, even if pricing updates later.
Please note: progress depends on your engagement and timely participation.
3. Warranties
All information provided by Ramiro AI is shared in good faith based on our best knowledge and experience. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your implementation.
4. Delivery
Ramiro AI Enterprise includes:
Up to 5 user accounts
Team training sessions
Specialized support
This is a single-tier membership.
Extra costs (e.g., external tools, software, film markets) are the responsibility of the client.
Ramiro AI uses third-party tools, such as OpenAI, to provide services.
While your privacy is protected under our policies, do not share anything you wouldn’t post publicly. We cannot be responsible for confidential ideas or IP entered into the system.
5. Film Credit
If Ramiro AI Enterprise services include film-related consultancy or strategic support, Ramiro AI and Rosa Camero must be credited as Associate Producers in the final credits and IMDb listing.
This credit may be negotiable depending on project scope, but must be agreed upon in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Monthly or annual membership options available.
Membership renews automatically unless canceled.
You’re responsible for canceling your plan via written notice to
hello@ramiro.ai.Missed payments will be retried three times. If payment isn’t received within one month, access will be revoked.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime, but we require 30 days’ notice to end your membership.
If your plan includes 1-on-1 support, a 6-month minimum commitment applies.
To initiate cancellation, the Member must log into their user account and provide written notice via email to hello@ramiro.ai no less than thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date.
Refunds are not issued once a service has been delivered or if the notice period is not respected.
8. Disclaimer – The Serious Stuff
Ramiro AI and Rosa Camero are not responsible for managing your business, finances, publicity, therapy, or results.
We do not guarantee visibility, distribution, or sales. The success of your film or project depends on your execution upon the strategies provided.
9. Confidentiality
We value your trust. Any sensitive information shared during your subscription is treated with respect and confidentiality.
If you are part of a team or community platform, you agree not to disclose others’ shared information outside that context.
10. Marketing
We love to celebrate our clients! Occasionally, we may share success stories or results. Your name will not be used publicly without permission.
11. Earning Disclaimer
Results vary. Ramiro AI is a strategic and executional tool, not a guarantee of revenue or film success. We’re here to support, not promise.
12. Community Guidelines (if applicable)
Be respectful and professional
No harassment, bullying, or spam
All questions are welcome
Access is provided to training materials, templates, and resources
Participation is encouraged, but respectful collaboration is expected
13. Membership Commitment & Termination
Minimum 6-month commitment if consulting or 1-on-1 elements are included.
After the commitment period, you can unsubscribe at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Missed cancellations or late notices remain your responsibility.
Ramiro AI reserves the right to terminate access for any breach of these terms.
